An Integrated Approach

My work sits at the intersection of coaching, education, performance, and human development. Throughout my career, I have helped people navigate growth, learning, and change across personal, professional, and creative domains.

Before becoming a coach and psychotherapist, I spent years working in workforce development, higher education, and nonprofit leadership, supporting individuals as they developed new skills, pursued career opportunities, and navigated complex professional challenges. Today, I continue that work through coaching, educational workshops, and training experiences designed to help people build awareness, strengthen skills, and move forward with greater confidence and clarity.

Alongside my coaching work, I am a licensed psychotherapist, conservatory-trained performer, and active member of New York City's creative community. My experience spans acting, movement, directing, producing, playwriting, and performance training, providing a unique perspective on creativity, embodiment, communication, and personal development.
